I was the customer. The adult child of a mom who had Alzheimer's and was unable to care for herself. We found a way to keep mom home and lovingly cared for. But for many it's just too hard.

We launched MyPlaceCT.org, a website to make it easier for older adults and people with disabilities to find tools, information and support to live at home. A true collaboration, creative worked in lockstep with account services, designers and developers to make the site easy to navigate and useful.

I was responsible for all theming and content development which included a professional portal, recruitment and training materials. Copy  was upbeat, confident and personable.

We developed a podcast which I named, hosted and co-produced. Posts and blogs were crafted by others; I provided thought starters, creative direction and editing, as needed.

The latest generation of the website was written by others. I provided overall theming and creative support.
